JAMES NAYLOR– President / Projects Director
James received his B.Sc. industrial engineering degree with honors from Nottingham Trent University, England and achieved high praise for his thesis on robotics research. James has over 20 years experience in the Information technology field, with hundreds of successful projects under his belt. He is an expert in Agile Project Management and has been published for his pioneering approaches to global deployment of APM. While working for a software company in California, James moved through the ranks, achieving the position of COO. During his tenure he co-authored a document management language, invented technology for simpler localization deployment, established the customer support, training and consulting services departments, as well as managing the development and release of 10 major software upgrades. James is responsible for the design, development and deployment of a powerful business planning, execution and collaboration tool using state-of-the-art models. The tool has been highly successful in completing all types of projects quicker, with higher quality and greater visibility.
CHRIS KEMP – Programming Director
Chris Kemp started his career as a finance and economics executive with hands-on, supervisory experience at Fortune 500 Firms such as Nabisco Brands and Dean Witter & Co., among others. His responsibilities included derivatives trading, model building, and risk management across wide swath of commodity, capital, and energy markets. His mission-critical consulting experience includes organizations such as The Blackstone Group, Pfizer, Pemex, and many others. For the past twenty years, he has worked as a senior technology executive creating applications that solve complicated business problems by linking and modeling data in new methodologies. In healthcare, he has created solutions for controlling and auditing clinical trials, and for the management of patient records and billing. In financial services, Chris has extensive expertise in model building, inventory control, and private equity fund management. For engineering, he has built applications for auto-monitoring of cryogenics, and robotic motion control for semiconductor manufacturing. He is industry agnostic and enjoys applying his diverse skills to solve problems and build businesses
SAMEER VARSHNEY – Vice President, Technology
Sameer is an expert in the development of both B2B and B2C, Web 3.0 applications including online social networks, marketplaces, collaborative portals and e-commerce solutions. By leveraging the company’s Agile project management and development methodologies, he is able to bring these applications to market quickly and cost-effectively while ensuring the highest levels of quality, operability, performance and scalability. Sameer also possesses broad engineering and software development experience in the areas of enterprise systems, business automation, relational databases, payment processing, ERP, CRM, Call Center management, financial systems, and healthcare industry solutions. In addition to his development expertise, he is also responsible to the research, analysis and testing of new and emerging technologies in order to provide clients with leading edge solutions that can help them reduce costs while increasing their revenues, profitability and competitive advantage..
ROBERT HADDOCK – Digital Strategy 
Robert Haddock has founded four online ventures, and has advised regarding more than 100 Internet ventures. Robert acted as a principal advisor to RH Donnelley, a large NYSE-listed publisher of yellow pages directories, in a major re-engineering of the company between 1998 and 2000. Before that, he advised GTE’s SuperPages (now owned by Verizon) in its early stages of becoming the major Internet-based directory of business listings in the U.S. Mr. Haddock previously held senior management positions with Citicorp and Ziff-Davis Publishing Co., and is known as a pioneer in the information industry responsible for several major new technologies and marketing innovations. He holds four major patents related to the creation of the first smart phone, and has twice been recognized for creating the best direct marketing in the world, including the Free Disk and Free Hours used by AOL to grow its customer base 100-fold – from 300,000 to 30,000,000.
ROBERT MCFADDEN – Director Software & Process Validation
Robert received his B.Sc in Biochemistry from Albright College, and his MS in Management of Technology from Polytechnic University. He is a Villanova University trained Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a certification in drug development from Temple University’s School of Pharmacy. Robert has over 20 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, working in the Laboratory, Production, and Information Technology business segments. Robert has spent the last 9 years working as a consultant for Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Biologics companies, and is responsible for the design, development, deployment and maintenance of numerous validation methodologies. The validation methodologies developed for IT were designed to compliment established client development methodologies. These methodologies have been highly successful in integrating into existing projects to enable quicker completion, higher quality, and reduced cost.
ROBERT MILLER – Manager Process & Product Validation
Bob is an expert in bringing product to market faster, more efficiently in countries like the US, UK, Ireland and Malaysia. Reducing lead times by more than 46% and production costs by as much as 45% have become a hallmark for Rob. More recent projects have Bob applying the principles of Agile Project Management to validation procedures. Bob has over 30 years international medical device Lean Manufacturing experience, beginning with Howmedica, Div. of Pfizer Inc, as a Quality Engineer. His areas of expertise are lean manufacturing, CNC, cleaning, sterile packaging, equipment, process and product validation. Bob has been responsible for 900 employees in 16 manufacturing cells, developing the manufacturing teams, implementing 5S Workplace Organization and facilitating highly successful Kaizen Blitzes. For Stryker Orthopaedics Bob headed up the transition of product from Rutherford to the Cork facility
