Our client was a major law firm that provides engagement management for its own clients’ commercial construction projects — as many as  three dozen at one time across the New York Metropolitan Area.

The client wanted to be able to have a single view of all projects including development against pre-established timelines.

To achieve this goal we created SITE TRACKER.
